You don’t need a new life. You just need new thoughts.

Because the stories you believe shape the life that you live.

Melina combines neuroscience, biblical truth, and the Rewire Method to help you close the gap between what you believe and how you live.

You may be carrying thoughts you’ve never stopped to question. Thoughts about your worth, your abilities, your circumstances, and ultimately what’s possible for your life.

Those thoughts quietly shape the way you show up in your relationships, your faith, your work, and your everyday life.

The Stories We Believe…

Scripture calls us to renew our minds, but many of us were never taught how.

The same God who calls us to renewal intentionally designed the brain with the ability to change. He didn't leave us guessing. Through scripture and science, He's been giving us a path forward all along.

One of the reasons I've become so fascinated by neuroscience is because the more I've learned about how the brain works, the more I've found myself appreciating God's design.

For many women, the hardest part isn't knowing what needs to change. It's believing change is actually possible.

But the same God who calls us to renew our minds also designed our brains with the ability to change. He already knew what we would need.

What If Change Was Possible?

Long before scientists began studying neuroplasticity, God was teaching the importance of renewing the mind. Today, neuroscience is helping us better understand what He's been revealing all along.

You are not stuck. You are not powerless. And you don't have to figure this out on your own.

God has already equipped you with more than you realize.

FOR CHURCHES, WOMEN'S MINISTRIES & RETREATS

Why do so many Christian women know the truth but struggle to live like it's true?

We know what Scripture says about fear, anxiety, comparison, and our identity in Christ. Yet many of us still find ourselves stuck in the same thought patterns, reacting in the same ways, and carrying stories we've never stopped to question.

In this engaging and practical message, Melina combines neuroscience, Scripture, and the REWIRE framework to help women understand why certain thoughts feel so automatic, how those thoughts shape the way we live, and what it looks like to begin renewing the mind in everyday life.

Women leave with a deeper understanding of how God designed the brain, practical tools for recognizing unhelpful thought patterns, and renewed hope that change is possible.

FOR LEADERS, ENTREPRENEURS & PROFESSIONALS

Why do smart, capable women continue repeating patterns they desperately want to change?

In this practical and thought-provoking presentation, Melina explores the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and results.

Through the lens of neuroscience, audiences learn why change feels difficult, why knowledge alone rarely creates lasting change, and how small shifts in thinking can create meaningful results at work and at home.

Audiences leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to leadership, decision-making, relationships, and personal growth.

Why This Matters To Me

Years ago, I thought the answer was better systems.

Better organization. Better routines. Better strategies.

As a professional organizer and minimalist, I loved helping women simplify their homes and lives. But over time, I discovered something surprising: the challenge was rarely the stuff.

It was the stories attached to it.

The stories about who they used to be, who they thought they should be, and what they believed about themselves.

That discovery sent me looking deeper.

It led me to coaching, neuroscience, and eventually a bigger question: Why do we continue believing stories that aren't serving us?

The answers I found changed not only the way I worked with clients, but the way I understood myself, my faith, and the life God was inviting me to live.

Today, that's why I'm so passionate about helping women understand the connection between their thoughts, their faith, and the life they're building.

Hi, I’m Melina.

I'm a Christian speaker, coach, and writer who combines neuroscience, biblical truth, and the Rewire Method to help women close the gap between what they believe and how they live.

For years, I believed many of the same stories I now teach women to recognize and challenge.

One of the biggest shifts came when I stopped seeing faith and science as separate conversations. The more I studied neuroscience, psychology, and thought patterns, the more I realized there wasn't a disconnect at all. Much of what researchers are discovering today points back to the way God designed us from the very beginning.

Suddenly, the tools I was learning weren't competing with my faith—they were strengthening it.

Today, it's my joy to help you discover that same connection, understand how God designed you, and live more fully into who He created you to be.

When I'm not on stage, you'll usually find me reading a good book, spending time with my family, or chasing after our Aussie pup, Scout.
